Daily Panchanga is built to keep your information on your phone. There is no account to create, no advertising and no tracking.
What stays on your phone
Your location choice, language and appearance settings, calendar data and reminders are stored only on your device. All Panchanga calculations happen on your phone, and your reminders are never uploaded.
Location
Location access is optional. If you allow it, the app uses your location on your phone to calculate local timings, and it is never sent to us. You can choose a city manually instead. The app never uses location in the background.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Notification permission is optional, and you can change it at any time in Android Settings.
Content updates
When you're online, the app checks for content updates over HTTPS, usually once a day. This service is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and basic request information, as with any website. We use the IP address only to prevent excessive requests. We don't store it with your app data or use it for advertising. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy policy.
Support email
If you email us, we use your message only to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Deleting your data
You can delete reminders in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android Settings removes everything it has stored.
